Fitness instructors at the center receive training in working with older populations and understand how to modify exercises for people with arthritis, balance concerns, or other common age-related conditions. Classes are structured to improve cardiovascular health, build muscle strength, enhance flexibility, and support better balance—all factors that contribute to maintaining independence and preventing falls.

Beyond traditional fitness, the center offers health-related workshops and educational sessions.
